This Blog Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Elevate Next, LLC (“Elevate Next”) and the below-named on this Agreement (the “Blog Contributor”) on the date listed on this Agreement. Elevate Next and the Blog Contributor are collectively known as the "Parties" in this Agreement.
Submissions

The Blog Contributor agrees to submit written articles (the "Articles") under the Blog Contributor's byline with a minimum of 500 words at a frequency determined by the Blog Contributor. Each Article shall be submitted by email as a Word document attachment or as a Google Document unless otherwise directed by the Company.
Royalty-Free, Exclusive License

Blog Contributor grants, assigns, and transfers to Elevate Next the full and exclusive right to: publish, reproduce, publicly distribute, transmit and display, and otherwise use the Articles worldwide, including all revisions thereof in all media ("Media") now known or later developed; license publication of the Articles to others in Media; and register and hold the copyright to the Articles in Elevate Next's name, in its sole discretion, considers necessary and appropriate. The Blog Contributor or the Blog Contributor's company may publish abstracts or quotes from the article to use in their own digital or print media, but must provide a digital backlink to the source Article on Elevate Next's website and/or reference the domain (www.elevate-next.com). The submitted Articles may not be replicated elsewhere in Media.
Copyright

The Blog Contributor warrants that Blog Contributor is vested with sole ownership and with the power to convey all rights that are granted and assigned in this Agreement; the copyright has not previously been assigned nor the Articles published elsewhere; the Articles do not infringe any valid copyright or other proprietary right of any other person; the Articles contain no libelous, defamatory or other unlawful material, nor do they violate any proprietary rights nor invade the privacy rights or infringe the publicity rights of any third party; and if the Articles include any copyrighted material not in the public domain, Blog Contributor will obtain the reprint permissions and provide them to Elevate Next on or about the time the Articles are delivered to Elevate Next.
Edits

Elevate Next is authorized to edit the Articles for style, usage, and clarity. If substantive changes are made to the Article, Elevate Next will request approval from the Blog Contributor for approval prior to publication. Elevate Next reserves the right to unpublish Articles at any time without prior notice to the Blog Contributor.
Hold Harmless Statement

Blog Contributor agrees to hold Elevate Next, its employees and agents harmless from any claim, suit or proceeding based on the grounds that the Articles infringe any valid copyright or other proprietary right of any other person; contain libelous, defamatory or other unlawful material; invade the privacy rights or infringe the publicity rights of any other person; and agrees to indemnify Elevate Next, its employees and agents for reasonable expenses incurred in defending, settling, or otherwise responding to such claims.
Contributor Status

The Blog Contributor is not entitled to compensation for the Articles submitted or any other work related to the Articles. By submitting Articles to Elevate Next, the Blog Contributor agrees that they are in no way becoming a part of Elevate Next's website or company, nor shall shall they represent themselves as a member, agent, independent contractor, or employee of Elevate Next.
Authorship

Blog Contributors may submit a short bio statement (no more than 70 words) and a photograph or representative logo that may or may not be used. Blog Contributors may also submit one link to their website within the author acknowledgement. This may not be an affiliate link or point to an affiliate site. If the writer does not have a website, one link may be provided for the Blog Contributor's social media profile. If there is not an appropriate profile for linking, only the Blog Contributor's name will be published as the author of the Articles. Elevate Next reserves the right to remove the Blog Contributor's acknowledgement link at its sole discretion.
Agreement Governance

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties, and may be amended at any time only in a writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, which shall be the forum for any lawsuits arising from or incident to this Agreement, in the United States.
Digital Signature

By signing the Agreement, the Blog Contributor agrees that they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by it.
