After presenting statistics that addressed the need for both affordable housing and sustainable workforce development opportunities in the South Cumberland Plateau region, Housing Hub presented its first affordable home building project, half of which has been completed in partnership with the Grundy County High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program in Architecture and Carpentry taught by Tim Tucker.
