County Mayor Michael Brady said it is a ‘distressed community.’" Founded by Dr. Tom Phelps in late 2022, Tracy City Free Clinic is working to alleviate the overwhelming need for healthcare services in Grundy county and the surrounding areas. The non-profit clinic is dedicated to providing holistic primary and preventative medical care to the uninsured people free of charge.
