With 4.76 billion people worldwide actively participating on social - or more than half of the world’s 8 billion population, professionals need to integrate social channel communications as part of their marketing process to engage their audience.
In January 2023, Facebook ranked #1 with the most active users worldwide at 2.95B. Kepios also reported that YouTube and Instagram ranked the second and third most popular social platforms with 2.5B and 2B users, respectively. LinkedIn self-reported 0.9B active users.
