COMMUNITY NEWS

JC’s Gourmet

JC's Gourmet transforms ordinary to extraordinary, supplying the Emerald Coast’s hospitality industry with handcrafted, high-quality provisions since 2008 and elevating culinary experiences for partner restaurants and locals with small-batch goodness.

The company extends a heartfelt thanks to each fan who voted for its Chillin' Ceviche and Somethin' Snappy dishes as the Best on the Emerald Coast in 2024! This is the third year of wins for JC’s Gourmet’s zesty shrimp ceviche (Best Shrimp Dish) and the first year win for its smoked Somethin' Snappy (Best Tuna Dip). Owners Jason and Julie Salinas are thrilled by the support and grateful to work and live in such a wonderful community!
