Destin, Fla. - On June 16, 2021, at the home of Joan and Stephen Carter, Aletha's Legacy presented its 2021 project, the renovation of the Children's Future Program & Orphanage in Kakata, Liberia. This orphanage is home to 53 children who lost their parents during the multi-year ebola crisis. In the words of Founder, Zhalman Harris, “Giving for a good cause should have no boundaries.”
